Talent Areas and Selection Information
DSA Talent Areas, Selection Criteria and Process

Please note that
- meeting all the criteria does not guarantee the applicant will be shortlisted/given an offer.
- applicants who do not have prior experience may also apply. The school will assess applicants based on the selection criteria, which may include assessing the potential of the applicants.
Application Procedures and Information
1) Centralised DSA-Sec Application Process
You may submit your application through the online DSA-Sec Portal. The application is free-of-charge and will be opened from Wed, 6 May to Tue, 2 Jun 2026, 3pm.

2) Parents and students are encouraged to choose schools wisely based on the student’s aptitudes and strengths, bearing in mind the schools’ academic and non-academic requirements, and the programmes available to develop the area of talent.
3) Students who are successfully admitted to the school via DSA are required to honour their commitment to the school and participate in the activities related to the talent they are selected for from year 1-4.
DSA Schedule
1) The school will contact shortlisted candidates by Tuesday 14 July 2026 via email.
2) Shortlisted candidates will be scheduled to attend a trial/audition/assessment, and interview session on one of the days between Monday, 20 July and Thursday, 23 July 2026, at 3:00 p.m.
3) All short-listed candidates will be informed of the result of their application (confirmation of DSA offer / placement on DSA waiting list / unsuccessful application) via email by Friday, 14 August 2026.
